An academic and professional mobile telecommunications, computer sciences, and electromagnetics engineer. Nomaan has an exceptional drive to serve the country of his birth, Pakistan, for the growth of its economy and for helping people to stand on their feet.

He has also founded the nonprofit Industrial Partnership Projects to support poor students in starting manufacturing-related businesses in Pakistan. Nomaan is currently working with T-Mobile, Inc, USA, as Principal Engineer.

He began his career as a lecturer in 1990 at the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. He still teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
